Guidelines for courts appointing solicitors for children - Law Society
You can view the guidelines produced by the Law Society here, as well as seeing the letter from HMCS to all courts on the issue. The guidelines received approval from the President of the Family Division of the HM Court Service and took into account the views of many organisations including CAFCASS.
