Government site from the DCSF has 4 target areas; delivering services, strategy and governance, information for parents and children/young people. Most useful is the Publications and Resources tab where you can browse and search for relevant documents, most are free to view online. You can also view Consultations, these are live ones but there's a link to the archive (back to 2000).
