A very useful free site (you have to register to use it though) which includes an extensive database of company law topics, which are fully searchable. There is a links page and a list of company law legislation with links to the full text. The site has summaries of most UK company law statutes, government proposals for company law reform, information on corporation tax and VAT, as well as registered addresses of any company in the UK. There is a newsletter to keep you informed of any changes in the law.
