Keating's piece looks into the Law Commission Report, and its proposal that involuntary manslaughter should be based on subjective recklessness, that unlawful act and constructive manslaughter be abolished, and that killing by gross negligence be considered a lesser offence. Obviously much of the author's debate revolves around the decision in Adomako [1995] 1 AC 171. 1996 Crim LR 535
