Crime Info

This site is put together by the Centre for Crime and Justice Studies at King's College, London and it offers a broad overview on crime: what it is, how much it costs society, general stances on crime from each of the main political parties and the impact of the media on our perception of crime. The 'Get the Facts' link offers access to a wide variety of related factsheets on subjects like Women and Crime, Young People and Crime, Offences and Sentencing, amongst others. Don't come to crimeinfo for anything in-depth, but it's a great starting point to the subject of crime. Oh and there's a really useful dictionary of crime-related words too.
