Does the Fault System Optimally Control Primary Accident Costs - Calabresi, Guido
In Calabresi's 1968 article he sets out to tackle the question 'what system do we wish to have for determining the level of accident costs in relation to accident-prone activities?'. Calabresi looks at the possibilities in using what he terms, the collective system and the market approach. It is however his object to consider the faukt system as a mixe system, and he examines this possibility closely. 33 Law and Contemporary Problems 429 (1968)
