The Kyoto Protocol to the United Nations Convention on Climate Change
The Kyoto Procotol amends the UN Framework Convention on Climate Change and entered into force in Feb 2005. At Jan 2008 177 states were signatories to this protocol, designed to combat global warming. Check out the full text here.
