Encyclopedia of Law and Economics
An electronic encyclopaedia offering an overview of law and economics literature. The site was created by the publishers Edward Elgar and the University of Ghent, to provide access to economic and legal resources from throughout the world. Austria, Canada, Denmark, Italy and Spain are covered in detail. The site provides a listing, by topic, of relevant bibliographies and gives you the opportunity to search them by a variety of means (e.g., by author, title or publisher). Topics such as torts, contracts, tax, criminal procedure and private property are handled. There are also abstracts of recent law and economics reviews and a link to a comprehensive collection of related websites and mailing lists.
