The Charity Commission site offers access to many useful publications; including press releases and annual reports. The publications tab will allow you to check out the listings of their publications by using the Quick Links List button. These seem to be available in full text (either html or pdf) from 1996 onwards. Examples of those documents published this year include Payment of Charity Trustees and Charity Reserves.
