Charlie Banner and Alex Deane, two graduates (2003) of the law school's CPE program, have written a book on behalf of the Policy Exchange Forum on the subject of House of Lords reform. The book was published in Nov 2003 and is titled: Off with their Wigs! Judicial Revolution in Modern Britain. In the course of their research for this fascinating work, they interviewed Ian Loveland, Professor of Constitutional Law at City, and this is the transcript.
