Intellectual Property on the Internet: A Survey of Issues - WIPO
This survey acts as a follow up to WIPO's 2000 Primer on Electronic Commerce and Intellectual Property Issues. The survey addresses many of the key areas in which developing technologies on the internet have created problems in matters of IP. Domain names are covered, amongst the more conventional areas of IP: copyright, trademarks and patents. The Survey also attempts to deal with the problems developing countries face in e-development.
