Oxford Intellectual Property Research Centre
The OIPRC was founded in 1990 at St Peter's College and their mission is to 'facilitate and conduct advanced research into all aspects of Intellectual Property'. Their site includes a comprehensive links section as well their electronic journal of Intellectual Property Rights. Papers are published in full in pdf, however they ask that you contact the author concerned before quoting from them.
