The SCL is a UK organisation dedicated to encouraging and developing 'law related IT and IT related law'. The SCL magazine is available in full text back to Volume 9 (April/May 1998) to SCL members only. For students annual membership is a mere £15. Also available are web articles, some of these are freely accessible to anyone, some members only. However you don't know what level of access there is until you've clicked on the link. The news section of the site is really useful in keeping up to date.
