The ideology of bureaucracy in American Law - Frug, G.E.
Frug's massive (100 + pages!) article critiques the American legal doctrine that 'defines and perpetuates bureaucracy'. He offers an analysis of both corporate and administrative law within this legal doctrine, arguing that the two fields rely on the same basic ideas to allay 'longstanding fear that bureaucracy is a form of human domination'. 1984 97 Harv. L.R. 1276
