The Law Careers Advice Network
The LCAN is a partnership between legal bodies like the Law Society, General Council of the Bar, Institute of Legal Executives, Law Teachers in University Law Schools and many more. Their objectives include raising awareness of the employability of law students and to produce 'clear, timely statistical information with realistic messages'. A useful site if you're just starting off in law, the fact sheets are helpful and cover subjects like Mini Pupillages and surveys and statistics on how people fund their entry to the Bar. There are sections on Training and Recruitment and a directory of useful contact details.
