Privy Council Office
The site of the Privy Council is split into three distinct parts: Ministers, Secretariat and Judicial Committee. The Judicial Committee acts as 'court of final appeal for those Commonwealth countries which have retained the appeal to Her Majesty in Council or, in the case of Republics, to the Judicial Committee. It is also the final appeal court for the Channel Islands, Isle of Man and United Kingdom overseas territories'. Judgments of this Committee are included on the site from 1999 onwards, although selected key decisions before 1999 are also acessible.
